Delivery Address and Contact Details:
When placing an order with SL PC Clearance, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. However, in certain cases we are unable to ship to a PO Box. In these instances, we will notify you if we are unable to deliver it to the address.
To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested, if a customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, customer is responsible for follow up and possible re-shipping costs.
Deliveries (3-7 business days)
Delivery Lead Time: Sri Lanka Wide Delivery for delivery to cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 2-5 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 2-3 days. We will ensure items ordered are shipped out from our Warehouse within 48 Business Hours from the time of order. If any delays are encountered we will promptly advise customer of this. If we are not able to ship items within 4 working days from our Warehouse, customer can request for a full refund.
Our courier providers have now moved to a contact-less delivery service. Delivery drivers will sign for your package on your behalf. If no one is available at time of delivery the courier will leave a card to call and return the parcel to their depot.
